It is easy way to cook the kind of that food. Firstly, you brown shallots, garlic and ginger and then set aside. And then you have to fry fish until it is golden and crispy.

Next, you use the back of a spoon in a small bowl, break up the fermented soy beans, before adding fish sauce, sugar, water, vinegar and salt to make the dressing. And then you mix the fish with the shallots, garlic and ginger and drizzle dressing over the top.

Ingredients:

  • 250 g fresh fish
  • 8 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 8 shallots, sliced
  • 6 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 6 tbsp fermented soy beans
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp palm sugar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
