Bok Sandek Trei Chha-Aa
That is the kind of Khmer food that most of Cambodian people like to make it because it is so easy to do it. Now, we instruct you how to make such a dish as following: you brush smoked fish over flames and when cool remove flesh from the bones. And then you should cut long beans into pieces 15-centimeter long. Next, you use a clay mortar, gently pound long beans first, then shallots, garlic, smoked fish and chilies. And then you pour water and lime juice over the fish and serve with steamed rice.
Ingredients:
- 1 smoked fish (about 50g)
- 200 g long beans
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 shallots
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 lime
- 1 tbsp water
- 1-2 bird chilies
